How it works

  1. Show us what’s wrong.

    Choose your piece, upload one to five photos and pick the repairs, in the form or in the chat. You’ll see a non-binding estimate straight away.

  2. Take your time to decide.

    A partner workshop sends you a binding quote with the price and turnaround. You only pay once you accept it.

  3. Look forward to the reunion.

    Send your piece with our shipping label within Austria or drop it off at the workshop; umbrellas in person only. You can follow it online until it’s back with you.
